Rescue Information

Rescue organizations are generally private or non-profit groups dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding new homes for animals. Services often include spay and neuter surgery, veterinary care, behavior evaluation and foster care. Some are "breed specific" groups meaning that they take in only certain breeds from private citizens and local shelters. Others are non-breed specific, meaning they take in various breeds and mixed breeds. There are also groups dedicated to rehabilitating wildlife such as the Wildlife Care Association or horses such as the Grace Foundation.

We release about 100 animals each month to reputable rescue organizations, as well as performing regular site inspections to insure safety conditions of the animals.
