Spay/Neuter Commuter

The Spay/Neuter Commuter provides low cost spay/neuter services for pets of Sacramento County residents excluding the cities of Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento, as they provide their own animal services. If you live in these cities, please refer to our listing of other spay /neuter services in the community.

To schedule an appointment:
Call (916) 874-FIXX (3499) when the Commuter is in your community.

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday with check-in starting at 8 a.m. After surgery, pick-up is between 3-3:30 p.m.

Requirements:
Dogs must be 60 lbs or less and under 6 years of age. If your pet is not with in this criteria, please refer to our listing of other spay /neuter services in the community or call 874-FIXX (3499)

Do not feed your pets after 12 midnight prior to all surgeries.  

Fees:
    - Male Cat: $15
    - Female Cat: $25
    - Dogs: $40
    - Additional Health Vaccinations: $ 4
    - Optional Micro-Chipping $20

  EXACT CHANGE - CASH ONLY!!
