Dante's Story
|
I adopted Dante in June 2007 so that my other cat,
Jade, could have a companion. When I first saw him
online he had been at the shelter for almost a month,
and I crossed my fingers that no one would adopt him
before I could visit the shelter that weekend. When I
saw him in person he was so tiny and cute that I knew I
would be taking him home with me. Not only does he get
along wonderfully with Jade, but he is incredibly
gentle, friendly and purrs like a motor anytime someone
pets him. He never bites or scratches, but he'll lick
just about anything- lemons included! He loves to play
with toys and go out on the balcony. I don't know how he
managed to stay at the shelter for so long without
getting adopted, but I'm glad he was there for me to
find. |
