Lou’s Story
 Lou is a perfect match for his new
owner Kathy Webster, a Sacramento County resident. Kathy
adopted Lou for companionship and to join her on jogs and walks
“I lost my husband last year so I wanted a dog to take care of
and run with.” Kathy said. Kathy was able to bring Lou home
shortly after the adoption papers where signed. “
This isn’t
about how many animals we can find homes for it’s about how many
people can we match with animals. It’s important to find a good
match so that the dogs aren’t sent back to us.” Kirsten Johnson,
a city of Sacramento Animal shelter employee, said.
Kathy said
that she has grandkids, another dog, and lots of people for Lou
to play with.
