Sampson sat in the adoption kennels for a very long time until he was finally adopted by a San Franciscan gentleman after he was referred by a rescue group and saw Sampson´s picture. It seems the man wanted a special dog with a big head to match his other dog Roxy! ( Shown in the photo) The two dogs get along famously and after a little adjustment period, Sampson fit right in.
